In Nürnberg SC Noris-Tarrasch uses Tuesday for a training evening aimed at county-league players. By day the Haus der Diakonie in Veitsbronn sets up boards for its morning Schachtreff, the Schachklub Neumarkt runs an open seniors’ meeting in the afternoon, and in Baiersdorf children, adults and strong players meet in the basement of the Jahnhalle until six.
